Maddi oversees the day-to-day operations of the CMC energy advisors, quality control specialists and subcontractors serving the NJ direct install team. She also supervises schedules and production goals, serving as the point of contact between the program team and CMC supporting departments such as customer care and IT. Maddi has years of experience in the energy efficiency industry and actively identifies opportunities to improve processes and add innovation at every stage of the program.
When Maddi’s not working, she enjoys camping with her husband and kids in their RV. She grew up outside of Philadelphia and is an avid Eagles Fan — “Go Birds”!
